In Memoriam
Ping had bonded with Fritz at the backyard breeder. When Heritage Haven agreed to welcome Fritz, it was on the condition that Ping be permitted to go with him. Even though Ping could fly, she rarely did because she preferred to spend time with Fritz, who was not able to fly. Instead of flying up to roost at night, Ping would snuggle up next to Fritz.
