From bullied to king of the hill!
I came to Heritage Haven with my brother, Brady. We had to leave our prior home because we were getting bullied by the other animals there. We were in a small enclosure with many larger animals. We were so scared of the other animals. They bullied us and never let us eat any of the hay.
Being bullied is especially bad for us because Brady and I are fainting goats. Historically, farmers sometimes kept fainting goats because if predators came, fainting goats were easy prey, allowing the farmers’ valuable livestock to escape. Today, fainting goats are primarily bred for two purposes: meat or novelty.
Thankfully, at Heritage Haven we don’t need a purpose. We can just enjoy our days running up and down our hill and hanging out with our neighbors, Lily, Sadie, Maple, and Billy.
